West Albany High School

Approximately 107,000 sf addition to the existing school that is expected to cost roughly $50 million. The addition will include a new Auxiliary Gym, Commercial Kitchen, Commons, Theater, Choir, Band and Drama classrooms, Art Classrooms, and Administration Wing. Renovation of the existing Stadium Building to provide new traffic coating, two new Team Rooms with Restrooms, a Coach’s Room, added HVAC and electrical upgrades to accommodate new work. Renovation of two existing Restrooms in B Hall to include fixture replacement, finish replacement and new accessories. Partial removal of the existing F Wing, Team Rooms, and Training Room’s to allow for the addition. Replacement of the mechanical system at the existing Gym and Locker Rooms.
